a lot like the generation that brought forth hippie culture, many many people in my generation (I'm a milennial) seem to have this deeply ingrained desire for more communal form of life because we were raised on and exposed to a level of neoliberal ultra-individualism, isolation, and alienation under late capitalism the world hadn't seen until then and despite all promises this ultra-individualism has grown stale for us except for those who can afford to live that way by exploiting others

what I'm saying is, I always wanted to live in a leftist housing project or a squat, but these days I'd be fully content living in any place where I knew my neighbours' first names

I just don't think you've really lived until you've committed arson.

@IceWolf I really like the component structure of React and the likes.
For making actual GUI/webapp stuff it's waaay nicer than rolling my own in vanilla js

@anarchiv hmm it just seems like a year ago there was much more partying going on.
now it's more just hanging out and still some alcohol but not much partying going on

@root or perhaps the iframe content needs it's own onload somehow, to make sure that's done loading too

@root
$(document).ready(function(){
var iframe = $("iframe")
var contents = iframe.contents()
var footer = contents.find("")
footer.hide();
});
