so I just received the best aliexpress package ever....
And it's quadcopter replacement parts lmao

@f0x
i guess my more precise point is:
certain people like to argue about behaviour as if humans were a very specific kind of rational, but that seems to be a wrong assumption
and whether they should be that kind of rational is also not necessarily answered in the positive

@grainloom in it's purest sense they mean "i've made x people happy". Or it's just brain going ooh numbers

@grainloom well OTOH those things do give you either internet points or make your friends happy, so there's definitely "selfish" incentive to do so

I make all these cool RGB things and tech stuff but the only thing that gets boosts is fucking despacitOwO

@lowpolybrain huh, I got those earplugs for like 15 euros, and they're nicer than the foam throwaway, not sure if they're worth *that* much tho.

Foldable cup is a great idea, I should get one of those. Altho the dopper bottle serves as a nice standij

I know that e-scooters can be annoying and all but may we not be distracted from the real enemy: cars

for now I calculated the name-your-price of 3 albums to get to 6.66 :P

@Torie@todon.nl are todon.nl users not required to eat Gouda cheese at all times anyways? :P

I switched one of my monitors to a raspberry pi for work stuff, but I still try to just move the mouse to that screen rip

@mavica @Nine @Sapphaos Linux is trans, why else would its mascot be called "Tucks"

when my rats are naughty and try to eat my pants I just pick them up under their armpits and look at their silly little faces for a second and forgive them and put them back down somewhere with less pants

this came from a mix, and it's all amazing

Piracy discourse

Read a thread about how piracy hurts small creators and Got Angry.

In my experience, piracy *doesn't* hurt small creators, because I've never met *anyone* whose thought process was "pirate instead of buying" rather than "pirate because you can't buy". It's always been the latter, and the evidence of Netflix backs this idea up; piracy dropped when people could experience movies affordably, and picked back up when the proliferation of exclusive streaming services destroyed that.

lofi hip hop radio - beats to relax/study to is this generation's Classical music and holy shit this track is beautiful
