food, ranting about bread
after growing up on 'good' bread, either made at home or store bought 'artisan' bread, both yeast and sourdough, now getting used to cheap factory bread really sucks. It doesn't taste like much, barely fills your stomach. I'm also continually amazed at how quickly it grows mold...
