“Things I like are good and I think being feminine is morally superior to being masculine so therefore everything good is femme actually” is one of the most egregious takes I’ve ever seen. Like not only do we NOT have to gender *morality* of all things, being masculine is not bad.
I won’t go on a long tangent about all the good “stereotypically masculine” things can do and look like if applied in the right places, but I will say that the longer we paint the very existence of masculinity as something inherently evil the longer we will continue to make masculine people feel as though they have literally no constructive place in the world

as for matrix.. dendrite is supposed to do this better as it uses some scalable internal message passing (kafka) where you can spread the parts over nodes?

just finished another super cool #shayu feature that's going to be impossible to explain :')
but the synopsis is pages can now use components that use a Promise, like waiting for an API call
this is a super simple component that upon render fetches my mastodon profile info, and then the component renders it :3
