Words carry cultural connotations and meanings outside their accepted dictionary definitions, and even these can, will, and do change over time. Those changes are mediated by cultural and sociological shifts, as well as colloquial usage.

@eq ahhh, I thought there was a technical problem prohibiting me, but I just thought up a workaround :D
the animation timing is currently '30 seconds for a back and forth across the width', so depending on your screen's width, the shark will move much slower/faster
but that can be fixed with @media queries :3
