apart from the more obvious effects of medication, it's also still wild to me how they can turn the "I should do x (small task/chore)" into actually doing that thing, usually right away too

- put drinks in the fridge
- filled the ice cube tray
- soldered a usb plug to a broken device
- got out of bed

- clean up desk
- vacuum?
- organize some stuff (backpack)
- polish the fedifox timeline code so I can work on actual shiny things again
