so far; - nfs share to arx' big cloud storage (1TB) - vpn exit for cosmos - wipes their root filesystem every boot, only keeping carefully managed state - zfs snapshots for backup, only keeping that opt-in state, 4.79 kB currently
the erase-on-boot is based on https://grahamc.com/blog/erase-your-darlings which is what eventually(tm) all my NixOS systems will progress towards (and thus, all my systems, eventually)
nfs really isn't great... now my shutdown is waiting on 1m30 timeout for it too... I didn't even touch that mount
