my new rule for myself with this sketchbook is that every page must have something on it, front and back. because so many pages are warped by paint or bled through by marker, it encourages me to do lower-effort or more rote art on the compromised sides, which gives me a nice breadth of practice and medium and is a lot more fun

due to a lot of reasons i am currently not able to consult a doctor but i want to know what t does with my hormonal cycle even though i am not menstruating anymore
besides from personal anecdotes, are there any websites or studies i can read?
