a buddy (black nonbinary person) got pulled over on weed charges for wa store-bought weed and their public defender never showed up and they're likely to get weed charges and a year in jail for a whatevers amount nowhere close to distribution?
just wondering about someone they might speak to since their public defender is not defending. they were told since their public defender didn't show up they just have to wait for what happens without legal proceedings or something.

This is my second experiment with tile-editing as an art style. This was drawn as a pixel art image conforming to rules about how tiles work first, then the tileset copied out as a byproduct.
Anyway, I quite like the result, though it did take three hours! O.o

My fiancee wanted to do a bit of vrchat so I decided to go back and try to get my makeshift rig working again. Good news is I have it tentatively functional with an old wiimote!
If I can get joycon pairing working reliably again and print those grips I was thinking of making, I should be even better off! Though the print's not as strictly necessary, it would just be nice to have some kind of tracking light installed on my joycons and headset for more reliable tracking.
Mind, using the analogue output means I can plug the mixer into my virtual machine's USB and use that for audio in/out without disrupting anything on Linux
