I also had a smaller dream before that in which my mom, sister, and I went to an abandoned warehouse where a secret auction of its goods was taking place--we were easily the poorest ones there besides the folks living in the warehouse and running the auction, so I used my limited budget to psych richer folks into bidding wars that pushed items above their retail value :3c

Had a GitS-esque dream where one cyborg was given a show trial and executed as a political favour to an extremely religious and xenophobic country, which set off a massive protest where countless AIs and cyborgs self-terminated--some knowingly lacking backups--and causing several economic systems to grind to a halt and a wider revolution to take place, ending the stranglehold of numerous megacorps on the world.

Then I was put in the role of that same cyborg's spiritual little sister, a robot built 20 years after the events by the same roboticist, using an experimental growth system to emulate the development of a human. unfortunately my city started getting bombed in a surprise declaration of war by the country who originally wanted my big sister dead, now turned into a military-industrial complex by the surviving megacorps' leaders. My "father", together with an old Linna Yamazaki(!!) from Bubblegum Crisis, ushered me and my catgirl cyborg friend who was visiting to hurry to a secret site, where we had to push through crowds of people evacuating and avoid collapsing buildings. Meanwhile Linna started fighting back with a single-tube surface-to-air missile launcher, firing at the mobile fortresses overhead and constantly swapping positions to different caches, evidently prepared for this war for a while.

The dream didn't progress there but narratively I knew what was coming next--together with two others (one of which was Zandra of all people, I blame watching her stream before bed on that), we were going to become a new generation of knight sabres O:

I'm happy though! I've been doing more and more drawing and I even did a mech design today, which I haven't done for close to a decade!
