Well, I thought I finally got a new housemate after everything settled, but they never came by to sign the lease on the date we scheduled and haven't responded by text or email, so I'm forced to assume they flaked or ghosted me, and I need to find a way to make rent again by June.
It just occurred to me that lightning could've struck the crane outside my window last night and that would've been very alarming indeed
Our partner Petra gifted us this absolutely adorable artwork of our little subsystem and our plush moth Mithra. We're so hecking... gosh. this is so cute and affirming and heck.

I had a weird dream last night about an episodic visual novel called, "Should a Dolphin Get a New Bed?" that focused on the life of an anthro dolphin couple and always centered around a single question each episode.
At first it was a simple thing, a few scenes about a dolphin couple shopping for furniture, but each chapter's answer defined the life circumstances of the dolphins and the greater world in the ending, creating a more complex series of events and heavier circumstances in the next chapter, until the sixth and final chapter where some pivotal event or upheaval drags the couple out of their own lives into it
