I can’t remember who originally posted this but every day since they did I’ve been struggling with the urge to use it as a reply to every technical question at work

I've also been made aware that media marked as sensitive (when you hit the 'mark media as sensitive' checkbox rather than using the content warning feature) doesn't mark the media as sensitive on all platforms, so yeah, ideally use the full CW :)

One thing my mother has advised for people in the areas with 40c/104f weather is if you can, soak in a bathtub filled with cold water.

This is apparently a thing people used to do in the olden days to beat the heat, back before they had air conditioning.

Also, keeping cool is especially important for older folks, as the body has a harder time regulating its temperature as you get older.
