systemd shenanigans (PSA for wireguard users) 
PSA: If you are running wireguard on arch with systemd-networkd, the default behavior regarding routes changed. It now creates routes for all AllowedIPs, wg-quick-esque. If you want to disable that, add RouteTable=off to the [WireGuardPeer] section. This is the opposite behavior to what it did before. This breaks connectivity completely if you are using AllowedIPs 0.0.0.0/0 and/or ::/0 with the usual ip rule setup.
