If we had the concept of an instance alliance where it'd say "3 instances in your alliance have foo.example blocked and here are the reasons they gave" we wouldn't even need a fediblock hashtag
The fediverse's moderation tools are really inadequate and one of the symptoms of this is that whenever I make a fediblock post that gets boosted a few times a bunch of instances that the majority of my corner of the fediverse has blocked request the post.
Because everyone has 95% of the instances they probably want to block blocked but that last 5% is different for every instance.

Really good info-sheet produced by the World Physiotherapy org about Post-Exertional Symptoms Exacerbation (PESE) in Long Covid. They note that many of the symptoms are similar to those experienced by people with ME/CFS (ime I'd say they're identical). PESE is usually called Post-Exertional Malaise in ME/CFS.

Testosterone being a controlled substance should be completely unacceptable and I am so frustrated people don’t talk about it more. As it stands, my testosterone is being withheld from me for the next 3 weeks for seemingly no reason at all, the systems saying it’s “state regulations.” If I have to go off T for that long o genuinely don’t know what I’ll do, but I fear even more for the trans people who have had their hormone producing organs removed, for whom not getting testosterone is infinitely more dangerous

Fascist Propaganda emboldens fascists and must be destroyed, covered or removed! Keep an eye out for propaganda around your town. Some tips:
* teams of 3 keep each other safe.
* bulk sticker packs are cheap and effective propaganda cover. Group buy them with friends!
* shake spray paint in cars to hide the noise.
