My fiancee wanted to do a bit of vrchat so I decided to go back and try to get my makeshift rig working again. Good news is I have it tentatively functional with an old wiimote!

If I can get joycon pairing working reliably again and print those grips I was thinking of making, I should be even better off! Though the print's not as strictly necessary, it would just be nice to have some kind of tracking light installed on my joycons and headset for more reliable tracking.

Mind, using the analogue output means I can plug the mixer into my virtual machine's USB and use that for audio in/out without disrupting anything on Linux

tfw my weird-ass setup of running my USB sound mixer's mic output to my mic port instead of using the digital input (because ALSA) has created a ground loop 🤔

Mitigated by ripping a ferrite choke out of my old joystick and running the aux cable through it
