the only real way i can figure out how to block all of these as they come up might be to block domains with these name servers:

A group known as "fightbigtech" has been creating a ton of spammy instances full of rightwing agitprop.

I would recommend general suspicion of any .icu domain, seeing as they're cheap — don't autoblock them, but perhaps check their content if they show up.
