The fediverse's moderation tools are really inadequate and one of the symptoms of this is that whenever I make a fediblock post that gets boosted a few times a bunch of instances that the majority of my corner of the fediverse has blocked request the post.
Because everyone has 95% of the instances they probably want to block blocked but that last 5% is different for every instance.

Really good info-sheet produced by the World Physiotherapy org about Post-Exertional Symptoms Exacerbation (PESE) in Long Covid. They note that many of the symptoms are similar to those experienced by people with ME/CFS (ime I'd say they're identical). PESE is usually called Post-Exertional Malaise in ME/CFS.
