the amount of polish yt-dlp has built-in is still kinda mindblowing for me

like this is lovely. it took like 20 sec to find the right option and use it (tho ive used it b4)

@skye probably! but i still haven't slept since yesterday, catching up on a few days of unrelated discussion to chew on. we do want to get around to it soon tho! very likely next few days but no guarantees :p

@skye mew! worked on it a bit more after sending the first version here. also it moves on the screen when the firefox bar is slid in/out (with the normal scroll) which is no good for muscl mem

for next time,,

@skye awawawa! add after `web-ext run`

so, assuming u want it using the main firefox one:
```
tmp=$(mktemp -d) && pushd $tmp && curl "https"://i.ckie.dev/bHkYKN7.xz | tar Jxv && npx web-ext run --firefox-apk org.mozilla.firefox --target=firefox-android --source-dir dist --android-device "$(adb devices | grep -vE '^List of devices attached$|^$' | cut -f1)" && popd
```

@skye it's saying your nodejs is too old, and it needs to be at least v14. mine is v20

@skye aa yeah i am really proud of this!! so many things fell into place :blobcattransheart: very satisfying~

@topaz yeah, i'm quite pleased with how quickly i cobbled this together! spending some time finding the right template to glue it really helped, making the actual thing took no time once the env was setup

@skye @mxdragon @topaz okay, in the interest of having something to show, here's my very bare one:

### instructions

i am assuming you're running a linux. i am also assuming it has nodejs and npm and adb (from `android-tools`)

plug yr phone into computer, [enable usb debugging on phone](developer.android.com/studio/d), enable usb debugging in firefox android settings. now yr ready:

on the pc, run this hell concoction i just made, which should download the extension and temporarily install it on your firefox android,,
```
tmp=$(mktemp -d) && pushd $tmp && curl "https"://i.ckie.dev/bHkYKN7.xz | tar Jxv && npx web-ext run --target=firefox-android --source-dir dist --android-device "$(adb devices | grep -vE '^List of devices attached$|^$' | cut -f1)" && popd
```

i think security cameras should also be given pokemon names

@arcade lmk if u enjoy &rec any of em! espc the green one awawa

hey! I've found myself in london till morning of 21st. what should I do? cool queer places? wanna sit for a coffee shop chat?

(going north after that)
