@ckie @elilla I would agree with https://ieji.de/@anselmschueler/111173366924256758 - there's nothing fundamentally restricting what licenses stuff in nixpkgs can have (there's even straight-up proprietary stuff) as long as it's labelled as unfree, so I personally don't see a problem with this
