zoom horror on Linux
Zoom is horrifying. That little mini window mode it goes into cannot be exited under certain desktop conditions on Linux and you can't disable it. This makes me entirely dependent on the host to end the meeting, or I have to kill the process? Why can't it just always be a normal window? Why can't video conferencing apps just act normally? Why should switching workspaces trigger it to follow me around in an un-dismissable mode where I can't exit it or open it back up to a full window where I can see anything? I want it to fucking sit and fucking stay. Why do video call apps just refuse to sit and fucking stay in one place acting like a normal goddamn window?
