Remember last week where I was kinda positive about the OV-Chipkaart. You can bleach that from memory. The architects behind that system belong in a special circle of hell with NS-litterbins being slammed shut constantly.

They tell you to request a replacement OV-Chipkaart but they do not give you the option of replacing an OV-chipkaart that is about to expire. As my card is not lost, incorrect or defective, the only 3 options on that form. I requested a new card. But now I cannot find info on how to transfer my subscriptions from one to the other.

@Dany I think the exact process depends on the provider? Eg. with NS Flex they automatically ship you a replacement card (for free) without needing to request one.

@joepie91 NS request you to upload a new photo nowadays. E-mail notifications for that went to spam and the paper letter arrived only after the deadline.

@Dany Huh, that is very odd - mine was renewed only a few months ago and I don't think I had to do that? Must be a very new change in policy then, I guess.
