They tell you to request a replacement OV-Chipkaart but they do not give you the option of replacing an OV-chipkaart that is about to expire. As my card is not lost, incorrect or defective, the only 3 options on that form. I requested a new card. But now I cannot find info on how to transfer my subscriptions from one to the other.
@Dany I think the exact process depends on the provider? Eg. with NS Flex they automatically ship you a replacement card (for free) without needing to request one.
@Dany Huh, that is very odd - mine was renewed only a few months ago and I don't think I had to do that? Must be a very new change in policy then, I guess.
