filesystem-level backup on 62% (20 min est), still cleaning up unreferenced state entries and can then start the postgres dump

running pg REINDEX now, dump after that

after this other postgres business is finished, I can ZFS snapshot the filesystem-level backup, and rsync over just the last changes too

this migration involves lots of waiting and I keep tabbing to Matrix (my normal procrastination habit) and realizing it's offline

filesystem 92%, this reindex might take ages though

reindex done, fs backup done, about halfway through postgres dump

time to drop the old database 😬 😬 😬
