after this other postgres business is finished, I can ZFS snapshot the filesystem-level backup, and rsync over just the last changes too

this migration involves lots of waiting and I keep tabbing to Matrix (my normal procrastination habit) and realizing it's offline

filesystem 92%, this reindex might take ages though

@ghost_bird nightly in borg, filesystem on different disk (snapshotted twice at different points), db dump nightly, db dump now (snapshotted too)
