making a "why do I feel bad" checklist for friends

Water, vitamins, salts, fats, carbs, sleep, amusement, meditation, sunlight, posture, social, special interests, music, movement, sweets, family, accomplishment, and fresh air, tidiness, novelty, and medication

What else might go on this list? I'm trying to be fairly broad as in not prescribing too specific of an action just general shapes of things
