diphenhydramine (+ basically all other first gen antihistamines) is bad at everything it does and makes me super paranoid, jumpy, and delirious at theraputic doses

not to mention the overdose effects are basically like being sent to hell for an afternoon

i nominate first gen antihistamines for the "worst drug ever created" award
