Am I alone in my opinion that cabbage is one of the tastiest brassicas? I always feel like, why do people always use broccoli when cabbage is right there and cheap? Cabbage is in a lot of traditional foods too. Fermented cabbage is a common and old food that helps preserve Vitamin C for times there's no fresh food.
