Frankly when Liberals say "Abolish ICE" I don't believe them. Back in 2020 they showed their true colors. It'll be "Defund ICE" by Spring and the matter will have been dropped by next year when news coverage lulls. Roe vs Wade was overturned and they said they'd riot! LMAO. The voting record speaks for itself. They can't quit the status quo. Liberalism IS the status quo. Racism and all.

I am to a certain extent sympathetic, because these things SHOULD horrify you. But "nothing will fundamentally change" left us on this course and made no attempt to steer us away. That's the democratic party. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this part of the century can't be peacably ridden-out from a ballot box. Take some personal fucking responsibility instead of entirely deferring it up the political blame chain to your "representatives". At least fucking volunteer for something, but not as another form of deferral. Do something personally to make the world a better place, don't just subsume yourself into another nebulous political structure or party.
