@mossfet spam filtering can be used for curation (better filters) rather than just spam. For example I'd give anything to auto-block anyone using american flag emoji in bio.
@thufie I'm curious that one of the first issues you went to was a lack of spam filtering. I've almost never had issues with spam on Fedi. Has it been different for you?
