Windows Powerusers, how do you get more useful feedback from this ungreatful beast instead of patronizing nothings and context-less percentages?
@thufie I mean there is verbose mode for the login screen but that simply shows you what it's doing at login time. For updates or other things afaik there just isn't a way to get that info because "why would you ever need it? Youre just a user" or some bs like that
@thufie you google until you find the right registry keys to edit to disable whatever is annoying you at that moment
Or run a script after your first install (or even during it) that does a bunch of that for you
Literally step 1 for any Windows power user is “run a script to get rid of all the worst junk”
@thufie I stopped using it for a reason. My condolences that you must now use it for whatever reason
