Option 1: Wheat based salted matzo import from Israel. Only sane option ingredients-wise, but I'd be crazy buying Israeli products right now. Next year probably ain't gonna be in Jerusalem lmao.

Option 2: American egg matzo with no salt. I'm vegan and I am allergic to salt-phobia, so no.

Option 3: Gluten-free matzo made without wheat. Yeah I have a month to plan ahead and I'm not *that* desperate.

I guess I'll try looking again somewhere else later 🤷‍♀️
