@rgb a whole lot of work to end up with something that is just chrome distributed by a homophobe. The UI gimmicks and security benefits are from public patchsets that other more responsible forks pull from as well. The UI gimmicks can be achieved with addons anyways.

If you'd like a chrome fork suggestion, I've seen some people using Cromite which includes a bit more than brave browser's patch set: https://github.com/uazo/cromite

This is my preferred choice for what I use whenever I am forced to use a chrome-only webapp, etc. However this kinda stuff changes every so often, especially given Cromite is a fork of Bromite, which is a fork of other stuff... etc.
