okay this whole "no limit" thing is a really bad default for stop jobs that happen before cleaning up the storage state for shutdown. Every time this happens I feel my life flashing before my eyes. This time, I didn't have to reinstall my OS. This time...

@thufie what sucks even more is that for some reason, PostgreSQL doesn't have this set, so, if it's still syncing or something because of bad IO or whatever, tough luck :(
