I wonder if the work that Foregen is doing to regenerate genital tissue might help with bottom surgery. They are currently working on regenerating foreskins by using your stem cells on a donor cellular matrix to create tissue with functioning nerves and structures. If they can get that working, it could probably be applied to form better labia, clitoral hoods, and other structures.
