Finished up a project an ex and I started a while back. It's a cribbage board!

Last week, I bound the sides of the board together with leather strips. Today, I added brass feet to the underside and gave it an oiling and a light sanding.

I might slide a little brass tube down one side to hold some pegs eventually, but I think it's pretty set for some use!

Tarot

Painted 5-10 of wands this morning. So many cards! Thanks to everyone who stopped by the stream!

Occult vibes, painting

I started a little illustrating project today ~

On the left is the visconti tarot deck, on the right is the Smith Waite tarot deck and in the middle is a WIP on yupo translucent atc paper.

So, the paint took a little longer than the , but I made a little picture this morning. Total work time of about fifteen minutes, with the linework at under two. @Curator

Little abstract, psychedelic ish watercolor and ink doodle

Doodle ~

Improvised music, birds, bowed strings

A few days ago, we had some beautiful weather for March. Have a little improvised song I recorded outside on my bowed psaltery.

Suburban nightscape with snow, pollution

I went for a midnight walk yesterday and took this picture. Light pollution sucks, not doesn't make bad landscapes.

I composed a mellow little song on my harp. I think it's a really just an accompaniment to a song, but I'm not sure. Maybe you'll like it?

May this year being you peace, justice, and growth.

Around this time of year, I find myself wanting to play more music. I'm not terribly Christian, but I often wind up playing Christmas carols on my harp out of convenience, etc.

This year, I think I'll do sea shanties instead.

(this is The Wellerman, pardon the unturned instrument)

Pandemic +

Just ordered dinner while soaking in the tub. Not a bad evening in.

abstract art

Hi. Have another . It's part of the same triptych as the moon I posted earlier.

art

OK, that's enough capitalism. Have some art.

I didn't have any real watercolor paper, so this is on a little 4x6" note card. The paper is not happy, but I like it anyways.
