Instead of saying "he's such an idiot", try saying "I hate him like I hate disabled people." Say it with your whole chest 🙄
@Shrigglepuss even though I almost always go for penis-related cursing, I never realized "idiot" was an ableist word (maybe because I'm ESL, maybe because it's so widely used?). thanks for the knowledge.
@cairobraga @Shrigglepuss Idiot, imbecile, moron, stupid. All of them were used as medical terms at one point. Same with words like dumb and lame

@lyncia @PepperTheVixen @cairobraga Yeah! Lame describes a physical leg disability that inhibits mobility. Used for animals like horses still these days, but has been used for humans too
