@joepie91 Well, it doesn't dehydrate but it hydrates you less on account of caffeine being a diuretic. But like, coffee is still mostly water

@joepie91 I have days where I drink lots of tea and end up super hydrated despite the caffeine just because I'm still consuming so much water overall. Then again tea is less caffeinated.
