Considering making "how are conflicts in the community handled?" my new initial screening question when evaluating new tech and projects, instead of anything about the tech itself

(Also, any project where the answer is "there are none" fails this test, because that tells me that people don't accurately *recognize* conflict and therefore have not learned how to deal with it in a healthy way)
