We often talk about threats to the Fediverse but I'd like to point out for a moment that the strategy of "post nudes and queer shit to ward off Facebook" fucking *worked*, because Threads' defed list ended up being absolutely full of instances doing so

We can have a Fediverse full of joyously naked queer people -or- a Fediverse full of Meta misinformation and slop and harassment, and it's up to us to choose which.
Crowd out the corpos and be unmonetizable.
