i am looking through job listings and when i do that i have the same feeling as looking through google results and like seeing ai slop everywhere.

so many job seeking sites are just filled with so much garbage. they either don't put a salary at all, or post a misleading one, or ask you to work shitty jobs like customer service or delivery

i do not see people in HR and in leadership positions of any businesses as people at this point. they're like mark zuckerberg to me. just saying sanitized corpo lies instead of being truthful. when did being honest go out of style. fucking losers
