how many hours of butt-in-seat actual working on your game (not doing social media, meetings, discussing things on slack/discord, etc) do you consider a reasonable day?
Interesting results here. Personally I feel like 3-4 hours is reasonable and I tend to start seriously slowing down and making mistakes at the 5 hour mark, and that is by far the majority opinion, with twice as many people voting for 3-4 hours than the next most popular, 5-6 hours
@eniko This is also consistent with a lot of research into focus, which seems to pretty consistently land at "4 hours" as the maximum amount of time people can contiguously focus on a task or subject

But yes, as I sometimes bring up, the main new thing that changed after I got ADHD meds is I get properly tired sometimes, and yeah, around 4-5 hours non stop is usually where it is.
