@mynameistillian Another low-spoons way to cook is to just toss a bunch of ingredients (vegetables, potatoes, meat, fish, whatever) into an oven dish, add some salt and pepper, and put it in the oven at 180C covered by tinfoil for like 45 mins. And optionally 10-15 more minutes with the tinfoil removed if you want to make it nicer and are okay with an extra step.

The result is surprisingly nice and you don't need to deal with per-ingredient cooking times, just about everything will do fine at that temp and duration, except for rice and pasta probably.

(I used to do this in a shitty countertop grill oven, the kind you'd normally only use for frozen pizzas, so you don't need a fancy oven or anything, just something with a working heating element)
