on one hand, i think i’d look cool carrying a sword everywhere, but on the other hand, i’d probably end up doing something like turning around in a grocery store, only to have my scabbard sweep across a shelf of jars, knocking several of them to the floor, and leaving a mess of broken glass and tomato sauce on the floor
@Dee Briefly reminded of my time stocking shelves as a kid, asking someone "hey are you sure we should be stacking these applesauce jars three high, they're kind of unstable", only to be told "nah it's fine"
... followed by a crash and breaking glass noises several minutes later
