Sad bike news
So I have no bike again. It didn't get stolen this time, it just had to be repaired twice and the second time he had to give up for the day because another part broke inside the frame.
I guess lucky me it's a single person company that sold me the bike and he offered me a refund or exchange to another of his used biked. Less lucky for me none of the options he had ready were quite right for me..
So, no bike mode continues

It's all a bit overwhelming which probably didn't help, but the alternative option I went to see was less nice than the bike I had been riding already so I wasn't exactly excited to settle.
It's all pretty sad because the guy is being very nice and seems very enthusiastic about refurbishing these bikes.. It's just been a huge headache already.
The first day I got it the crankset was defective so I made it like 400 meters and walked back with it. He swapped the crankset to another brand new one immediately, which failed a week later after riding like 20km over 2 days. This time he was going to swap to a different kind of crankset, which required replacing the bottom bracket.. But that turned out to be near impossible after 2 hours of work.
