i think coffee exacerbates my anxiety. ugh. no lattes for me then.

@mynameistillian I've noticed that for me it really depends on when I drink caffeine; if I'm doing badly or am feeling tired, it amplifies my anxiety, but if I'm doing something productive (like working on a project) then it makes me feel more calm and focused.

What I've also found to help is to take, like, a single can of energy drink, and drink it over the span of hours; taking individual sips every once in a while.
