@bananas The guy really needs to learn that "being an insufferable and arrogant ass" is not actually a contributing factor to getting stuff done, and in fact does the opposite

@bananas And I say this as someone who is extremely stubborn and has gotten a lot of stuff done that way (but crucially I actually introspect and identify the cases where being stubborn is a bad idea...)
