@welshpixie a law that you need a representative of your company if you sell to the EU or Northern Ireland who resides within the EU or Northern Ireland. It makes shipping to the EU from outside of it pretty hard with a small business.
@GLaDTheresCake @welshpixie FWIW, the 'representative' task can be outsourced to companies that specialize in this sort of stuff (for a fee), AFAIK it doesn't strictly need to be a representative *in* your company.
