i used grids to make a bunch of stuff on my site, and let me tell you, i overused the hell out of them. they kinda suck as well, you can very easily make the same thing without them.
of course, this is only an issue if you aren't normal, and want your site to work on IE4.
2020 me, why did you make this a grid
it could just be regular `display:block`
