are there any programs on linux that can tell you what innards of your laptop do you have? i wanna add a second ssd but i am not sure which form factor or size is correct

@mynameistillian There are tools like lshw, but any physical properties that the computer reports are quite possibly a lie, so that's not actually that useful.
It depends on the laptop but for the more serviceable ones (refurb business laptops mainly) I've often found it easier to just pop off the cover and look inside.
