Great, missed another hospital call because Android *again* spontaneously failed to make any noise when I got a call, even though the phone was literally right next to me the entire time

Does your phone have a built-in spam & scam filter? My Samsung does, so 9/10 calls I get simply don't ring, I just get a beep about a new voicemail and if I go looking there's a log entry for a declined scam call.
